Shipping & Returns

What shipping service do you use?

In New Zealand, we ship with CourierPost and to Australia with DHL Express. All other countries are shipped with DHL Express as well.

Do you ship everywhere?

Not yet but we are working very hard to offer this service soon. We only ship to New Zealand and Australia at the moment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely, we understand these things can happen.

We are not obliged to provide a refund for any purchase. In the case where a full return must occur, we will provide store credit of the original purchase value.

In case of a return, items must be in original undamaged condition with the correct packaging. Customers must cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

If your purchase has not arrived within the target delivery period, please send us an email at infonoursportswearnz@gmail.com or infonoursportswearau@gmail.com for all AU orders.

Also be sure to check out the website of the couriers, if they are experiencing delays this will be displayed on their website with expected time frames of delivery delays

Shipping within NZ with CourierPost can take 1-5 working days to deliver. 

Other countries up to 12 working days to deliver with NZ Post via the local standard shipping service for your country. 

If the parcel has still not arrived and are 5 working days over the target delivery, what we do is start an investigation with the post. Rest assured that in the end you will receive your purchase even if we just end up sending you a new one!

Can I view an item?

Our home based store is in New Zealand.

To schedule a viewing appointment, please contact our customer support team at noursportswears@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in arranging a suitable time for you to visit our store in person.

Where are you based?

We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately we cannot return sale items or do direct exchanges.

These are last chance final sales.

Our Products

Are your hijabs waterproof?

No our headpieces are not waterproof. Our headpieces are made in a lightweight and quick drying fabric, designed for hair coverage.

They are perfect for absorbing sweat and being breathable.

Are your tights sweat proof?

All our tights have moisture wicking properties.

Can you please tell me where you products are made?

Our products are manufactured in Southern China and Turkey with a team of us who work closely with our manufacturers to ensure they are sustainably run.
